Our Exciting and Innovative Quicksure Mobile App, will enhance your Policyholder's overall Quicksure experience!

We have many exciting functions, packaged within our dynamic new Mobile App to ensure your client’s service excellence!

  • Policyholders have live access to their Insurance Policies, ensuring that they have a “real-time” overview of the cover they enjoy and the premiums that they are paying.
  • Additional cover can be requested via the Mobile App, whereby Policyholder can include photographs of the items requiring cover, including the proof of purchase. In the case of adding a new vehicle/s, the Policyholder can scan license discs to capture relevant data pertaining to the vehicle requiring an assessment
  • A built-in Panic Button can be pushed in the case of a Roadside Emergency. The Panic Button will send an alert to the Quicksure Assist Call Centre to “call back” the Policyholder and arrange immediate assistance.
  • The ability to submit a claim in the event of an incident for motor, home and personal related claims, in order to expedite a claim with easy, step-by-step assistance on the Mobile App.
    • This functionality includes the ability to scan the barcode of the third party’s vehicle license disc
    • It also includes the ability scan the Third Party’s driver’s license disc
    • Ability to take a photo of the Third Party’s ID Document
    • The data within the barcode is seamlessly decrypted and pre-populated within the app to simplify the process
    • Policyholders will also be prompted to take the required photographic evidence at the scene of an accident and these photos will be date and time stamped, so as to keep a proper audit trail and enable Quicksure to expedite the processing of the claim and to easily trace the Third Party/s and Towing Company used
  • Home Pre-Inspections – the Policyholder will be able to take photos of the household items, and capture item values. The full pre-inspection detail will be sent through to Quicksure’s office via email to assess.
  • Vehicle and Motorcycle Pre-inspections: 
    • The Policyholder will be able to take photographs of the front, side and back of the vehicle / motorcycle
    • Scan the vehicle / motorcycle license disc to capture the details of the vehicle / motorcycle e.g. make,
      model and registration number
    • Scan the driver’s license disc to decrypt the driver’s details
    • Once the Inspection has been completed the full pre-inspection details will be sent through to Quicksure’s offices via email, to assess
  • Secure registration process with a One Time Pin (OTP) sent to the Policyholder’s phone, with an integrated database lookup, to ensure the process is seamless and secure
  • An integrated Online Web Portal compatible on tablets, laptops and PC’s.

  • Search” Your Quicksure” in your App store.
  • Scroll to the Quicksure App
  • Download the App
  • You will be required to register
  • Accept the T&C’s
  • Go to Log in
  • Insert your ID number and password
  • Click login
