Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Voice Logging
• Attend to all New Quotations
• Follow up on Quotations
• General queries regarding new business
• Assist brokers with general system queries
• Renewals
• All Amendments

The Requirements for the position are:

• Grade 12
• RE
• NQF4 (Advantage)
• 2 Years Short-Term Insurance experience
• Good Telephone etiquette
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong administration and accuracy skills
• Must be Computer Literate
• Ability to work in a pressured environment and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Write and Speak)
• Must be able to work overtime if needed
• Clear Criminal and ITC records
